20. Fight acne
Acne cleansers are expensive, costing anywhere from $6 to $15. Unfortunately, for many, they do not work and actually dry out the user’s skin. Acting as a natural cleanser, baking soda is one of the cheapest methods out there. Offering anti-inflammatory benefits and exfoliating properties, this ingredient can target both acne and blackheads. After making a paste, using water and lemon juice, apply to problematic areas and leave on for at least 30 minutes.
