Pumpkin for Healthy and Radiant Skin

While pumpkin is an amazing superfood and super tasty, there are lots of ways to use pumpkin without actually consuming it. One way to use pumpkin is to make your own skin care products. Pumpkin contains many nutrients that are amazing for your skin to help you glow and to feel younger.

Full Body Skin Mask


  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix ingredients together. Scrub all over damp skin in a circular motion. Rinse clean to reveal your rejuvenated skin!

Pumpkin Body Lotion


  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup coconut solids from coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix ingredients together. Store in a clean jar. Apply to clean skin as needed.

Pumpkin Face Scrub


  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon ground coffee
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Jack o lanternMix all the ingredients together to make a stiff paste. Massage onto face then rinse clean with warm water.

Fall Foot Treatment


  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Combine ingredients and mix well. Coat feet in mixture and cover with a plastic bag. Leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing clean.

Pumpkin Face Mask


  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 egg yolk

Whip up all ingredients to combine evenly. Spread over clean face avoiding the eyes. Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse clean with warm water.
