America is sicker than ever. Diabetes, heart disease, obesity, depression—you name it, it’s at an all-time high. And yet, we’re working out more, spending billions on healthcare, and popping more pills than ever. So what gives? According to Jason Karp, CEO of HumanCo, the answer is painfully obvious: our food is poison.

Speaking with Fox News Digital, Karp didn’t hold back. “We are the sickest we’ve ever been,” he said, pointing straight at ultra-processed, synthetic-packed foods as the culprit. He’s backing the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement, led by RFK Jr., to fix what’s broken. The focus? Food transparency, banning toxic additives, and getting back to real, whole foods.

Karp slammed the U.S. food industry for pumping Americans full of synthetic garbage while selling cleaner versions overseas. Red dye, artificial flavors, preservatives—all banned in other countries, but here? Big Food gets a free pass because it’s “good for business.”

His solution? Eat what the earth and animals provide—real food, not lab-engineered junk. “We should not be poisoning people, and this should not be a partisan issue,” Karp said. It’s time to wake up, America—because cheap food isn’t worth the price of your health.

Want to Keep Your Brain Sharp? Stop Being a Hermit

Do you think socializing is just about having fun? Well, it turns out your brain needs it too. Recent research shows that frequent social interaction can help delay the onset of dementia, keeping your mind sharp for much longer.

A study involving over 8,000 adults aged 60 and older found that those who regularly participated in social activities such as hanging out with friends, attending community events, or even having casual conversations, had a considerably lower risk of developing dementia. The more often they interacted with others, the stronger their mental resilience became.

Socializing stimulates brain function, enhances cognitive resilience, and promotes a healthier lifestyle. Think of it as a mental workout rather than lifting weights. When you socialize you’re strengthening your neural connections. Conversely, loneliness and isolation act as fuel for cognitive decline.

The statistics speak for themselves. Individuals who engaged socially almost every day had a 16% lower risk of dementia compared to those who seldom interacted with others. That’s a significant advantage in the battle against cognitive decline.

So, if you’re avoiding your friends, turning down invitations, or isolating yourself, you’re effectively giving dementia an invitation to take hold. The takeaway? Put down your phone, step outside, and start conversing with real people. Your brain will be grateful. Dementia doesn’t simply occur. It is a condition you can either fight against or allow to win. Choose wisely.

Zuckerberg’s MAGA Makeover: Meta Coughs Up $25 Million to Settle Trump Lawsuit

Mark Zuckerberg just wrote a fat check to settle one of Donald Trump’s many battles with Big Tech—and it’s clear that the Meta CEO is playing nice with the new administration. Meta will shell out $25 million to resolve Trump’s 2021 lawsuit over his Facebook and Instagram bans, with $22 million going straight to Trump’s presidential library fund. Oh, and for the record? Meta isn’t admitting any wrongdoing.

The deal didn’t just fall out of the sky. It all started over dinner at Mar-a-Lago in November, where Zuckerberg and Trump met to smooth things over. After a little political schmoozing—and a $1 million Meta donation to Trump’s inaugural fund—the lawsuit quickly moved toward resolution. Trump made it clear: if Zuckerberg wanted back in the circle, this lawsuit had to go.

And Zuck isn’t alone. Corporations are scrambling to kiss the ring. ABC News already cut a $15 million check to settle a defamation suit. Paramount is reportedly next in line, looking to settle a dispute over a CBS interview with Kamala Harris.

Trump’s legal crusade against Big Tech isn’t over, but this win is a big one. Meta paid up, Trump came out on top, and Zuckerberg just bought himself a little goodwill in Trump’s America.

Grocery Prices Are Out of Control-And They’re Only Getting Worse

Food prices are skyrocketing, and if you were hoping for relief in 2025, think again. Grocery costs are up nearly 2% from last year and a staggering 28% higher than five years ago. Every trip to the store feels like daylight robbery, and there’s no sign of the madness stopping anytime soon.

Why Your Grocery Bill Is a Nightmare

Blame it on bird flu, extreme weather, and corporate greed. The mass culling of poultry has sent egg prices soaring by 37%, while heat waves and droughts are driving up the cost of coffee, chocolate, and grains. Add in supply chain issues and potential tariffs on imported goods, and you’ve got the perfect storm for wallet-crushing grocery bills.

Eggs: The Pricey Protein Powerhouse

Egg prices now fluctuate with bird migrations—yes, really. When ducks and geese fly South, expect another spike. The government’s avian flu containment efforts mean mass culls, fewer eggs, and higher prices. And don’t expect a discount when the birds fly North again.

Healthy Eating Is Now a Luxury

Want to eat clean? It’ll cost you. Nutritious staples like meat, eggs, and fresh produce are becoming luxury items, while processed junk remains cheap and plentiful. The price of ground beef is up 45% since 2019, and baked goods are skyrocketing thanks to insanely expensive cocoa and sugar.

Brace for the “New Normal”

Experts warn that food prices won’t be dropping anytime soon. If you want to survive the grocery store apocalypse, buy in bulk, shop smart, and get ready to stretch every dollar—because things are only getting worse.
