This Simple Fruit Water Recipe Fights Stress

Who doesn’t deal with stress on a daily basis these days? I know I sure do! Sometimes stress gets the best of me and takes over before I know what has hit. That’s why I love finding new remedies to try to combat stress, like this refreshing fruit water. The natural stress-fighting ingredients help ease my worries as soon as I start drinking it.

I simply fill a large mason jar with all the goodies. I reuse the ingredients until they start to lose their taste and color. To keep the fruit water cool, just add more ice to the jar throughout the day.

Fruit Water Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 6 mint leaves, diced
  • 8 cucumber slices
  • 5 slices of lime

Equipment

  • Large glass jar

Instructions

1. Make sure to wash all ingredients before slicing.

2. Slice strawberries.

3. Dice the mint leaves.

4. Slice cucumber thinly.

5. Slice the lime.

6. Place ingredients in a jar.

7. Fill jar with water. You can add ice if you like.

8. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before drinking to allow for the flavors to be released. Now you’re ready to start enjoying this refreshing, stress-fighting fruit water.
