Tea can soothe your soul. One of the world’s most popular beverages, tea is more than just refreshing. It contains natural antioxidant micronutrients called polyphenols that lower the risk of heart disease, among many other benefits. While herbal teas are not made from tea leaves, they have their own health benefits and are naturally caffeine free.
Warming the teapot
Warming the pot is an essential part of making a good cup of tea. To warm your teapot, simply pour boiling water into the pot, swish it around, and pour the water out.
