Eat These 7 Foods For Bigger Breasts

When it comes to the size of your breasts, there are several forces at work. Genetics, mass, age and hormones all factor in — and your diet may play a bigger role than you think. If you’d like to try increasing your breast size naturally, stock some of these foods in your refrigerator and pantry.
Why people believe these foods work
Many of these ingredients have been used for centuries around the world to enhance breast size. However, it’s important to note that there’s no direct scientific studies to support foods that increase breast tissue, just anecdotal evidence.
Still, here’s why supporters say a diet change can work: breast size is partially determined by the amount of estrogen your body is producing. The foods on this list are rich in estrogen, phytoestrogen (plant estrogen) and other compounds that mimic hormones, which stimulate breast growth.
Keep in mind that increased estrogen levels have been linked to higher incidences of breast cancer. So, if you’re planning to alter your diet, make sure to complete routine breast exams in the shower and keep an eye on your changing bust. 1. Monosaturated fats
Think about it this way: your breasts are comprised of epithelial and fat tissue. So, if we want to stimulate more fat cell production, we need to make sure we’re eating healthy fats, right? In theory, monounsaturated fats may keep your metabolism burning on high while promoting breast tissue growth, at least that’s what many believe. To see if this works for you, try incorporating more olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, eggs and coldwater fish in your diet.

2. Seeds
Many seed varieties contain lignan, a type of phytoestrogen that mimics estrogen in the body. Try incorporating fennel seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds into your daily routine — these have some of the highest lignan counts in the seed family. Beyond breast size, there are other reasons to eat lignans too. One study showed a promising link between lignans and reduced risk of cardiovascular disease.

3. Nuts
Many types of nuts contain healthy fats, proteins, and isoflavones, which are similar to estrogen. Some of the best nut sources of this estrogen-like compound are almonds, chestnuts, peanuts, and pistachios.
4. Vegetables
Kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower all contain lignans, the same type of chemical compound found in seeds discussed earlier. While leafy green vegetables may not contain enough estrogen to make a substantial difference to breast size, they are known to inhibit testosterone production, one of the culprits behind smaller breasts. Plus, the high antioxidant and vitamin content helps promote radiant skin by building healthy tissue and protecting against free radical damage. That’s a great way to keep your breasts looking supple!
5. Fruits
Fruits contain estrogen-like compounds that may increase the size of your breasts.

Like many other foods on this list, fruits contain lignan, which is said to promote breast growth by acting like estrogen in the body. Some of the richest sources include apples, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, peaches, oranges, plums and melons.

6. Dairy products
Milk and cheese contain similar hormones to those found in our bodies, like estrogen, progesterone and prolactin. Prolactin, by the way, is produced when new moms are breastfeeding, so you can see how many people think it helps to increase breast size naturally. As always, raw dairy products are best from a verified source without rBGH, a bovine growth hormone.
7. Seafood
Oysters, prawns, shellfish, and seaweed contain high levels of manganese, which helps promote the proper functioning of the thyroid and sex hormones in the body, like estrogen and progesterone. Many believe well-regulated hormones can lead to a natural boost in cup size. If you need another reason to eat seafood, oysters are a known aphrodisiac — enjoy!

What about soy products?

Soy products may increase the size of your breasts, but they are linked to other health issues.
Soymilk, soybeans, tofu and other soy products always make an appearance on any list of foods to increase breast size. That’s because soy-derived foods contain some of the largest amounts of isoflavones, a type of phytoestrogen that acts like estrogen in the human body.
But can there be too much of a good thing? There are mixed reviews on the subject. In one study, soy consumption was linked to a decrease in some chronic diseases and lowered LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. On the other hand, some experts believe that soy can be linked to thyroid dysfunction, reproductive issues and digestive problems. In any case, researchers have found no link between breast size and soy as of yet. Perhaps the key here is moderation.
Other natural ways to increase your breast size
According to anecdotal evidence, there are countless other ways to increase your breast size naturally, from suction cup devices to supplements to routine self-massage with coconut oil. However, strength training is a scientifically proven way to develop muscle — including the ones that sit behind your breast tissue. If you’d like more shapely ta-tas, incorporate one of the following into your daily routine:
All of these exercises will help you to develop upper body strength and shape the muscles in your chest. After just a few weeks, you may find that your bra feels a little tighter.
Love your body, no matter what
Okay, let’s be real here. It would be great if we could all have the ideal sized breasts for our body shape. But if you’ve tried everything and you’re still not seeing results, it’s time to learn to love your body anyway. And furthermore, choose a partner who loves your body too.
I can speak from personal experience on this one. I used to be embarrassed about the fact that I topped out at Bs instead of Cs, and I spent my entire adolescence wishing for bigger breasts. Turns out, as an adult, my Bs actually work better for my lifestyle. I never get back pain, my breasts don’t hurt when I jog and I can get away without wearing a bra. Plus, my breasts are still perky while my poor friends are complaining about sagging. For me, less is more.
So, if your breasts are smaller than those around you, perhaps you’re luckier than you think. Remember to count your blessings and be grateful for the body you’ve been given — small boobs and all.
