Can Bananas Make Your Boobs Bigger?

Maybe you’re one of the many women in America who wants bigger breasts. It’s not surprising since a lot of women feel inadequate with smaller breasts. Nevertheless, some women are uncomfortable with the idea of having breast implants, but would still like bigger boobs. If you’re looking to increase your breast size, then look towards nutrition, exercise and massage. But, what about bananas? Do they have any nutritional value that links to bigger boobs? Read on and find out how you can grow your breasts, naturally — with or without bananas.

Bananas for bigger breasts?

Bananas are one of the most widely consumed fruits in the world, and for good reason. Eating them increases your potassium, which in turn, helps lower blood pressure and reduces the risks of cancer and even asthma. But if you’re consuming them to increase your breast size — well, that’s up for debate. There’s no science to back the claim that bananas can help you grow bigger boobs. However, some swear that consuming two or more bananas a day helps plump the breasts.

More than likely, this stems from the fact that naturally thin ladies tend to have smaller breasts. By consuming bananas daily, the thought is that banana may help you gain weight (hopefully in your breasts). But don’t go overboard consuming bananas. Bananas have an enzyme called “bromelain” which is thought to increase testosterone levels. Too much testosterone in your diet can hamper your ability to grow bigger boobs.

A science article in the New York Times points out that “girls with high androgen levels may also end up with comparatively small breasts.” So, while testosterone has many benefits for both sexes, women need far less of it than men. Yes, high testosterone levels can increase sex drive. But they can also cause masculine physical characteristics like, you guessed it, smaller boobs. In fact, one of best ways nutritionally to increase your breasts is by decreasing testosterone and increasing estrogen.

Foods high in estrogen for breast growth

Foods rich in plant estrogen may increase the size of your boobs.

There’s no doubt that genetics and hormones (particularly estrogen) play a key role in breast size. Some foods have been shown to influence levels of specific hormones in the body. Research suggests that a diet that includes foods that reduce testosterone and foods that are known to boost estrogen production work best for increasing bust size.

Therefore, foods that you may want to consider eating more of are phytoestrogen-rich foods. Phytoestrogens, or plant-based estrogens, can affect breast tissue. For this reason, it’s thought that eating foods rich in plant-based estrogen may help to increase the size of breasts. Some of the best phytoestrogen foods include:

Soybeans, soy products and tempeh

Soybeans are rich in estrogen, but they also contain minerals like magnesium which promotes estrogen synthesis in the body. Soybeans are also high in potassium, calcium, protein and fiber, making them one of the best foods for balancing estrogen level, and perhaps increasing your boobs.

Tofu, a soy product, can also help balance the estrogen levels in the body. It contains isoflavones that interact with the estrogen receptors, promoting estrogen synthesis in the body. Tempeh is like tofu except it is fermented. Although a little higher in calories, tempeh is less processed and generally considered healthier than tofu because it contains more protein and fiber. Including tempeh in your diet will certainly help increase your estrogen levels. Other foods high in phytoestrogens include:

Exercises that help increase breast size

Push-ups can build up the muscles behind the boobs.

Certain exercises force your breasts to develop because they help build up the pectoral muscles. Breasts do not contain any supportive muscle tissue. Instead, the musculature of the chest wall, as well as supportive tissue known as Cooper’s ligaments, helps support the weight of your breasts. Your back and shoulder muscles also play an important role in the spatial orientation of your bust.

So, by stretching and strengthening each of these features you can lift your boobs and ultimately enhance their appearance, both in size and firmness. Targeted exercises that develop the pectoral muscles include push ups, wall push ups, wall presses, arm circles and various exercises using dumbbells.

Massage for larger breasts

Breast massage helps to increase blood circulation in the breasts. More blood flow to the breasts means more phytoestrogens from the bloodstream, which may help your boobs grow. Regular massage can also trigger the body’s production of prolactin. Prolactin is a hormone that helps the breasts to develop in puberty and pregnancy.

So, grab your coconut oil and start massaging. Although not necessary, coconut oil is thought to produce better results and will help prevent your breasts from becoming sore. Massage your breasts twice daily for at least one month. According to Naturally Beauty, the best way to do this is by:

  1. Applying coconut oil, massage oil or cream on your breasts.
  2. Start massaging from the center of your breasts, and use firm pressure with your palms. Follow the contours of the breasts from inwards to outwards, making sure your hands are moving from the outside of your body towards the middle in a circular motion. Repeat 20 times.
  3. Using alternate hand movements, sweep from the underarms area upwards and inwards towards the front. Repeat 20 times.
  4. With both hands, lift the breast upwards with firm support. Repeat the same motion on the other side 20 times.
  5. Repeat the second step, with lighter strokes and without pushing the bust inwards.

Breast slapping for breast growth

One study found that boobs increased in size after breast slapping.

Another more extreme version of massage is the Thai technique of breast slapping. A Thai natural health practitioner claims she can boost bra sizes by “breast slapping.” According to the Independent, a study by the Thai Health Ministry found that vigorous massage (breast slapping) left participants’ breasts noticeably larger.

Ask any small-breasted woman if she’s happy with her breasts, and she’d probably tell you she wishes she had a little more on top. Ironically, ask any woman with naturally large breasts, and she’ll probably say she wishes her breasts were smaller. Go figure. We’re a society obsessed with boobs.
