These tasty fall cleansing juice drinks can help you do just that; get creative and use any fall fruits and vegetables. Keep in mind that using all organic ingredients is essential for avoiding toxins which would defeat the purpose of a cleanse.
Apple Sweetened Beet Juice
- 1 medium beet
- 1 large apple
- 3 radishes
- 1 cup kale leaves
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into your juicer or blender and blend until reaching desired consistency.
Fall Gold Rush
- ½ medium-sized sweet potato
- 3 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- ½” chunk turmeric root
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into your juicer and process. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, if desired.
Autumn Harvest
- 1 cup of pumpkin flesh, peeled and seeded, or alternatively, any other yellow squash
- 2 carrots
- 1 green apple, cored
Instructions:
Toss all of the ingredients into a juicer, process, and top with cinnamon if desired.
Apple Pumpkin Pie
- ½ cup pumpkin flesh, seeded and peeled
- 3 apples, cored
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Dash of ground cloves
- Dash of ground ginger
- Dash of ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Blend or juice fruits on high and then add vanilla and spices. If a thinner consistency is desired, add water.
Total Body Cleanse
- ⅓ cup cranberries
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- 1 lemon
- 2 oranges
- 1 apple, cored
- 2 stalks celery
Blend or juice berries, pineapple and citrus on low, add remaining ingredients and blend on high.
